- Match electricians to open positions and employers to available workers.
- Maintain records of leads and applicants in our recruiting systems.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human recruiter involvement.
4. Legal basis for processing (CCPA / US law)
We are a US-based business. Our primary framework is the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). We collect and use the information above to provide and improve our staffing services, communicate with you at your request, and comply with legal obligations.
[GDPR note: if you knowingly market to the EU/UK, a lawful-basis analysis and policy additions are required before doing so]
5. How we store your information — processors and service providers
Your form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and stored in a Supabase database (Supabase, Inc., a US-based cloud database provider) acting as our service provider; resume files are stored in Supabase Storage. Lead and applicant data is also accessible through our applicant tracking system at app.volttechstaff.com, operated by [identify the ATS provider, or note it is a proprietary system]. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Retention
We retain lead and applicant records for [specify retention period, e.g. 24 months]. Resume files are retained for the same period and then deleted from storage.
7. Security
Form data is transmitted over TLS. Database access uses server-side credentials never exposed to the browser. File uploads are validated for type and size before storage, and rate limiting is applied to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe a security incident has affected your data, contact us at [privacy@volttechstaff.com].

9. Other US state privacy rights
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with enacted privacy laws may have similar rights. We will honor verifiable requests on substantially the same basis as California requests. Contact [privacy@volttechstaff.com].
